MLOC AGM 2009 - Open Photography Competition Invitation

The Mitsubishi Lancer Owners Club (MLOC) will be holding its 2009 Annual General Meeting in Genting Highlands Resort on the 4th and 5th April 2009. More than 100 participant from MLOC will be travelling up to Genting for this event and a gathering storm of Mitsubishi Lancer and Lancer Evolution is in the making !. We are giving opportunity for the public to participate in our joyful event by giving out prizes in a photography competition taken on that day.

Actual outdoor event of car's convoy arrival be on the 4th of April 2009 at 2.30pm and we will be parking our cars at the Open Jockey parking area reserved for MLOC members only in front of Genting Hotel and Resort Hotel of Genting Highlands. Outdoor events for members and Model hang-around will be between arrival time until 5.30pm so armed your camera and shoot away for the below category..

Terms & Conditions-
1.All photos must be taken only during the MLOC AGM 2009 event.
2.No photoshop or any other digital enhancement of the original photo allowed.
3.Only 1 photo is allowed per category per entry. Everyone except MLOC Committee are allowed to participate
4.All photos must not exceed 5MB in size.
5. Open to Malaysian participant only
6.Winner will be announced in www-mitsubishi-mloc.com on the 1st of May 2009.
7.Judges decision are final and non-negotiable. We will arrange for neutral party (sponsors) ontop of MLOC committee as judges
8.Prize collection arrangement will be notified via email/sms and in Klang Valley area 2 weeks after the winner announcement (Winner will be informed of venue and time))
9.Collection of Prizes after 1 month of winner announcement will not be entertain and considered void.
10.During event refers to the photos taken during MLOC AGM 2009 event from 4th April 2009 until 5th April 2009 of MLOC AGM 2009 participants and MLOC related cars/members photos.
11. MLOC Reserves the full right to reproduce, use, modify and publish photos submitted for competition
12. MLOC and/or it's sponsor reserves the rights to change the prizes as published subject to availability and any price differences of such gifts are not interchangeable nor refundable
